I am a Canadian citizen living in the UK with my Polish partner and our 2 children who are soon to be Canadian citizens. I wish to move back to Montreal, Québec and I am very lost as to which path to use.
Is it possible to simply sell our house and move back and obtain residency for my partner from within Quebec or is it really necessary to obtain a quebec skilled working visa? (Partner will be qualified nurse in a year)
