No you won’t be able to marry someone in the Philippines. You can marry a Philippiino citizen outside of the a Philippines.

Can i marry him in singapore or hongkong? Amd what are the requirements to marry at those countries?

Yes those would be options. You would have to look up the requirements for marriage in those countries. You’d then have to return to Canada and start the sponsorship process when you have the marriage certificate. That will take around 12 months. You didn’t mention anything about sponsoring your 1st husband so I assume you didn’t. You will have entered into a new marriage pretty quickly after your recent marriage and divorce so there could be some concerns. Have you spent time together in the Philippines? Hopefully more than once? I would make sure you keep records of any financial support you may send him. Make sure to keep records of correspondence between the two of you. Take pictures when you are together. Would also take pictures during the ceremony and afterwards if you have a party in the Philippines. I would suggest having something to celebrate the marriage even if it is a simple party at home with friends and family. Make sure to take pictures. I would make sure to explain why you didn’t have friends and family At your wedding and why you had to go to another country to get married.

I did processed my exes papers for him to.come here but i cancelled it right away. Is there any chance that my new partner can come to canada and get married here instead? Or is it more complicatedmplicated for him to come here as a visitor and get marriegetd here in bc?

He can try to get a TRV but it is quite hard to get one. Does he have a longterm well paying job, does he own property, does he have family members that are dependent on him, has he travelled internationally to countries that require visas that are similar to Canada like US/Aus/ NZ/UK/ etc., does he have enough savings to support his travels to Canada without using the majority of his savings? It is definitely a good idea to try but be realistic about the chances of success. Your ex-husband never landed right?

Yes my new partner has a long term job as a k9 unit handler, he doesnt have any dependent as his sistef has own families and his mom still working, he has no properties yet as he is renting out in manila and he is from the south of the philippines and no he hasnt travel to any countries yet. No my ex never landes here in canada,

Would apply for TRV but as I mentioned the chances are not great.
