Hello All,

1. I have been searching this question, the only thing i found was not so clear and outdated. 2 of my children are Canadian Born, of course i'm declaring them but should I say they are accompanying me? I understood that it say that they are accompanying me, they will require medical checks etc.

2. Also, i did not declare that my husband had previous work experience, i though once i declare it and get points, he may not able to get all of his reference letters. Thus we decided not to declare. Now is it ok to write his work history now on the personal history? Will CIC have problem that i did not declare his work experience yet he had some and written in the personal history section.

3. I have previous finger print on RCMP form dated on august 2016? can i send it to FBI? does FBI only accept finger print done on their finger print form?

Please advice,

Thanks

No, since they are not co-applicants (they are already citizens), you should not include them. If you list them as non-accompanying, you will still be asked for medical exams, etc. You can list them as non-accompanying, and then when you are asked for things like their medicals, upload a letter of explanation (they are already citizens) along with their birth certificates instead.

2. Also, i did not declare that my husband had previous work experience, i though once i declare it and get points, he may not able to get all of his reference letters. Thus we decided not to declare.
This is OK. You only list work experience (for points) that you can prove.

Now is it ok to write his work history now on the personal history? It is not "OK," it is MANDATORY.

Will CIC have problem that i did not declare his work experience yet he had some and written in the personal history section.
No, they will not have a problem. That is what you are supposed to do : )

3. I have previous finger print on RCMP form dated on august 2016? can i send it to FBI?
It's less than 6 months old, it should be OK.

does FBI only accept finger print done on their finger print form?

You can use other forms, it should contain the same identifying information as on the FBI card.
