I searched a lot on this forum. But couldn't find exact answer to my questions. Can someone please help ?

1. My baby is canadian born.
2. Do I need to add her in Generic application form - IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf under dependent section
3. DO I need to send her birth certificate / passport details /photos /fee to cic ?

1. No, she is not included as a dependent, you list her on the IMM 5406.
2. Just include a copy of her birth certificate. No fees, nothing else.

In the checklist we have item no#13, 'children information - if applicable'
Do we need to attach birth certificate of Canadian born child and check the box, even though the child is not included in application.
