My sil is planning on coming to canada to stay for good with a pr card that expired 7 years ago.. can you guys pls provide some insight on what we can expect at border... questions, procedures and some experiences... thanks

With a PR card that expired 7 years ago, she can expect to be pulled into secondary and reported for failing to meet the Residency Obligation. Unless she has some seriously strong H&C grounds, she can expect to have her PR status eventually revoked and be told to leave Canada.

Yes, she will be allowed to enter. But without a successul appeal, she will be told to leave.
