Thanks for helping me here!

Recently applied VISA and got rejected for my sister, who is married and have 2 kids. But we applied for her only as her husband is not interested in travel and also applying VISA.

I heard an Affidavit from Canadian lawyer would help in getting visa approved. If any one have gone through this situation and re-applied with an affidavit from Canadian Lawyer and got visa. Please help me with template.

There is no truth in that statement. Affidavits do not work and are a waste of money because they cannot be enforced.

Canadian lawyers cannot/will not support your sister's application with affidavits. They don't even know her leave aside the efficacy of these affidavits

Thanks for reply.. these are rejection notes.. do you suggest re-applying visa?

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. •

Reapplying is her only option.

She needs to prove she is a genuine short-stay visitor + has the finances for the visit and good financial situation to return home to + strong ties in India + some previous travel history to visa-required countries could help
