Canada Work permit Cancelled

Hello All,

Thanks in advance

I have a W-1 category Visa with date of issue and expiry date as 19/07/2011 and 31/07/2013 respectively. Due to some reasons i was not able utilize my Canada work permit. But now i want to go to Canada. I have few questions.

1. My employer is now saying that he has cancelled my work permit, Is it really possible?
2. In this situation, is there any way i can enter Canada and work?

If you want to be able to work in Canada you will need to obtain a new work permit linked to your new employer.

@ Vin2k4,, your employer is correct...they may cancel and terminate for valid reasons...if you want to enter canada, you should get a new employer who will issue a positive LMO ( if it requires for you ), contract, and canadian valid work permit...
