Hi,

I suggest that your friend should use the designation stated in his employment letter. A 'kitchen servant'.... in an Indian context... is not a positive job title.

The visa officer may question:
1. Why a family of three would want to spend quite a bit of their savings on a 10 days holiday to Canada?

2. Also, why Canada.... and not another country which is closer to India.... for a first-time holiday?

3. Do they have a Canadian host?

4. When do they plan to visit (based on the school leave letter)? How old is his kid?

5. Does he have any other dependent family members like unmarried siblings/parents who live with him?

6. Any financial investments? Bank balance matches his income? Any rental income?

Cheers
