Hi everyone!
I came to Canada in Jan 2017 for studies. I opted for 1 + 1 year of Diploma. My father died in an accident in 10 years back and since then my uncle was taking care of me (We live in joint family). He has grocery shop in village and also owns 10 school buses that are leased to a school (all vehicles registration certificates were attached). After my first year, I invited my uncle on convocation but it was rejected due to following reasons.
1) Given economic conditions,
2) Employment prospects
3) Travel history
4) Economic establishment
5) Family ties,
I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.
To speak about the above points, I'd like to mention:
Economic Conditions: He showed almost $18000 bank balance with $50000 yearly transactions and registration certificates of all owned vehicles
Travel History: He visited Singapore almost 10 years ago.
Employment prospects and current employment situation: He owns grocery shop and running cafeteria in a school including 10 buses leased to the same school
Lack of funds: What??
Can someone suggest me please how should I apply for his visitor visa again as this year would be my last convocation and I really want him to be present.
Below is the cover invitation letter I wrote. If someone can help me writing it in a good way, would really appreciate.

Dear Visa Officer,
I am writing this to support the visitor visa application of my Uncle, XYZ, (born ***) lives at ABC.
My father, ** passed away in an accident in November 2008, since then, my uncle XYZ, raised me, my sister and brother along with his own children as my mother is a house wife. We all live in a joint family. He is more than a father to me. I would like to take this opportunity to add that he has played a major role in my success today as all the expenses before and after I came to Canada were supported by him including my study fees. His constant support and advice and his example as a leader helped me a great deal.
He applied for visitor visa last year on my convocation but was rejected. Parents of all of my friends visited on convocation and everyone was so happy but I was totally alone and was sad instead of being happy on the day of my convocation. Now this would be my last convocation as I would be done with my studies. I really wish him to be here with me to see the best day of my life that we were waiting for.
Therefore it would mean a lot to me if he could grace the occasion with his presence as I believe that for me, the graduation ceremony would not be complete without him being there to witness it as he is the only person who supported me for my studies in Canada.
The convocation ceremony letter from college is attached with the file.
Warm regards
Yours faithfully
