Canada Visitor Visa Refusal Reason

Hi,
I am Dalbir Singh. I have applied for Canada Visitor Visa and have been refused too. But to utter regret I have not received any mail from the Immigration department the reason of refusal. I want the guidance in this matter as i am stuck what too do next? I have also filled the CAIPS form and has not received any revert from there too.
Kindly help me out.

you will not receive the refusal by email. you av to login in gckey or ircc portal and look for letter there.
GCMS notes come in 30 days.

Actually the problem is, I have misplaced my gckey login credentials. Is there any there way to check the reason for refusal?
