Holding Indian passport with UAE valid resident visa and applied Canada visitor visa by ONLINE for my family on 13th May 2019. We have received confirmation of online submission same day and received Biometrics letter on next day. We have given biometrics in VFS Global Dubai by walk in and it took 10 minutes to complete procedure. We all have received original passport submission request confirmation on 16th June 2019 and same day we have submitted passport in VFS Global Dubai along with Embassy passport submission letter. our applications got approved and visa printed on 18th June.
