So I subimtted my Canada Visitor Visa online from the US, and I am an International student from Vietnam. When I submitted, they only charged me for the application fee. There was no document saying I had to give biometrics. Yesterday I received a letter like this:
This refers to your online application for temporary resident visa in Canada. The Biometrics fee is outstanding on you temporary resident visa application.
The payment must be received at this office by September 27, 2016 and we will be able to start processing your application.
When your online payment will be complete, and the receipt issued, please send us a scan copy of the receipt and email it directly at cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca with the subject line “xxxxxxxx” and Application number. We will make sure your application is processed in a timely manner
How am I going to pay for my biometrics fee when I already submitted my application. Are they telling me to go to the nearest VAC/ASC to bake biometrics? I checked every where in my account and there was not any outstanding fee or any place where I could pay for the fee. I really dont know what to do. I really appreciate some help. Today is September 24, so I only have 3 days left to do this.
