My canada visit visa refused due to Inconsistent purpose. I have applied for red seal exam for professional cook 3. Please anyone to solve this problem.

Order GCMS notes. So you are not a true visitor but coming to take an exam and try and immigrate. You are coming to take a red seal exam to work in Canada.

It doesn’t make sense that you’re coming on a “ visitor visa “ to take an exam that only helps a person who works in Canada as a cook.
As you mentioned the VO thinks it’s inconsistent which it is
