canada visit visa ,plz help me

i am live in UAE ,i am working as a accountant general last one year, My one sis(married) live in uae and other family member live in pakistan ,my dad passed away ,my mom and one bro and one sis live in pakistan,i have fixed asset(land) in pakistan,i have good bank statement and good salary in uae .

MY one sis live in canada and sent invitation letter for birthday kids ,

i am confused which home ties show in uae ?

plz help me.......

- Any loans, mortgages, investments, etc. in UAE.
- An employment letter shwoing your vacation time and a good standing with the comapny.

Most probably this will not be enough. You are a temporary resident with no real "ties" in your resident country, this is a situation CIC does not want to see.

No, because you do not live in Pakistan.

i am not take any loans or investment in uae,but i have good job and good bank balance ,this is enough to show home ties

Provide following based on your UAE job

1>Employment letter from the company stating the period of employment and annual wages
2>Leave application in advnace for travel and approval from supervisor on the same
3>Proof of address staying in UAE and endorsed by HR of the company
4>UAE minimum wages requirement met through salary slips ,tax reported.
5>Your job profile for which company needs you -demonstrate skill and why company hired you in first place
6>Project deadlines,timelines etc which will be missed if you overstay your period of visit

His leave for Canada trip has been sanctioned for 2 week from 17 August 2017 to 30August2017. On expiry of leave he would report for duty on September 01, 2017

this is ok or not ?

The letter needs to also mention if you are fulltime or part time or contract. Also it would be a good thing that they mention why you are likely to come back (responsible for projects, deadlines under your responsibility approaching, been a most valuable recognized employee, etc.).

In general it is ok.

Depends on the definition of "good". They have to be really good to be considered enough ties.
