Hello every one

My parents has canada visit visa with multiple entries but it will get expired mid of Dec 2022.
They are planning to come here ( to me in canada) end of August. After a month they ll want to visit USA to their daughter ( she lives in USA). Once my parents will be in Canada then I ll apply their US visit visa.

My questions are as below :

1) is it OK to visit Canada however there is expiry period is less than 6 month now?

2) After getting US visit visa and visiting US for 2 week or more , Can they come back to Canada to stay with me then they ll back their original country in Oct or Nov 2022? Is it ok ?

Please guide me then i ll be so thankful.

1) Yes they can visit and enter in Canada even on the last date of the visa, however, CBS officer will decide how long they can stay in Canada. usually a person can stay up to 6 months from the date of entry even TRV gets expired (after entry in Canada)

2) Yes they can re-enter in Canada as long as they hold valid TRV but they might have to satisfied CBS officer with justifiable reason with proof and most important thing is return ticket
