canada visa refuse under spp

hey friends, m ravi, i got refusal canada visa under spp. reason(Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment , language abilities or your future prospects or plans.
IMM 5622))....

my previous education was B.C.A(Bachelor of computer application) and i chosen fanshawe college for (Information security management course)... should i reapply for this course with college's supporting latter under gen. category...????

my acadamic detail is 10th 52%, 12th =60%, B.C.A=55%,,IELTS=6.0 overall (5.5 in writing 6.0 speaking 6.5 reading 6.5 listening).

(Is this course not match to my previous study plzz tel me))and should i reapply for this course with college's supporting latter that why did they accept me and visa officer reject me.... for under gen. category...???? plzzz rpplyyyyyyyyyy
