Canada visa for september intake

Hi Guys,

I had applied for confederation college for September intake and got my conditional offer( as i had not taken my IELTS at the time of application) . I got my IELTS results on 19th June.I will be receiving my unconditional offer letter this week. PFB my profile.

Course applied-Engineering business and safety management
IELTS- Overall 7.5 (R-7,W-7,S-7,L-8.5)
3years work experience-(1 year as a project coordinator in lion bridge technologies and 2 years as a pricing catalog associate in amazon.com)
BE(ECE) 2011 passout-67% (15 backlogs- just 4 papers were arrears but attempted 15 times to clear)
12th-85%
10th-84%

After receiving my unconditional i will be paying my tuition fee and GIC and then will start my visa process.My tuition fee fee for one year is 13000CAD( through bank loan) and my living expenditure is 10000CAD( by dad). I have few doubts

1)Will my backlog affect me in getting a visa??? if so what is the probability of me getting a visa???
2) am i eligible for SPP or should i apply in general category??/
3)Does my IELTS score increase my chance of getting visa...because the consultancy guys told me that even though i have backlogs my IELTS score has increased my chance of getting visa??
4)also i am married...will this by any chance affect me???

I am really worried whether i will get my visa. I was little careless in my engineering and hence i got backlogs.I am totally exhausted searching for an answer in Google and finally resorted to this forum. Kindly help me guys...plz

till my knowledge , u are apt for SPP student Permit
back logs may affect a little bit but a strong statement of purpose with proper justification for the reason for those back logs will do the work.
u need not worry about visa approval , if u r genuine and ur docuemntations are genuine they ll approve it.
there is nothing like ur ielts will help for visa , there is a minimum requirement of 6.5 , if qualified v r eligible for SPP category
coming to ur procedures once u receive yr unconditional admit u ll have to also pay first semester fee followed by GIC followed by medicals followed by Visa

According to my representative marriage is a best ties to your home country but if spouse will not accompany you in Canada before study visa gets approved...
