I'm currently an international undergraduate student at McGill, Canada with the following documents:

Valid study permit ( expired 31 Aug 2013)
Expired visa ( expired 31 aug 2010- this is the visa that was stamped to my passport prior to my first visit to Canada)
Valid passport ( expired 2018)
I'm NOT from a visa-exempt country

I want to have a trip abroad in the summer then come back to Canada. thus I need to renew my visa

According to the webpage canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/visa_temp.aspx?lang=eng#REQUIREMENTSCANADA
I need the followings :
A photocopy of your current permit and
Originals of your most recent transcript and
Proof of current enrolment

According to another webpage: cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp, (This is for applications outside Canada, unfortunately I found no visa application forms for inside Canada), I also need:
•Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada
•Family Information
•Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada
•Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union
•Visa application photograph specifications
•Use of a Representative

My question is that do I need to provide them financial proof since I have to list my sister (also an international student).

Also, I haven't paid my school fee for this semester, will this affect the processing of my visa?

Last but not least, are there visa application forms from inside cnada? If there is, please give a link .

I'm sorry that this is long to read, and thank you for any kind help
