Hi everyone hope you are doing well. I just wanna need help and share my experience with you as I applied for Canada Viator visa on 03 October 2023 and I got Biomatrics instructions letter on 4th October and I applied for Biomatrics appointment on same day when I got Instructions letter unfortunately I got appointment from VFS global on 10th of November which is beyond of 30 day's limit. A Person told me in VFS global you don't need to worry about that now the letter is valid for not 30 day's it's for 60 day's automatically. So I didn't inform IRCC to extend my biomatrics Timeframe. Then I got Refusal on 06th November before 4 day's providing Biomatrics submition and my refusal said purpose of travel is not constint.now I Provide my biomatrics too on 10th November 2023 when I talked this whole matter with VFS global officer they told me that it's by automatically refusal because of not providing Information to extend my biomatrics Timeframe to IRCC. Now I am worried what should I do now to resolve it? Officer advice me to submit a Webcam and told them I am unable to provide biomatrics within 30 day's and please Reconsideration my application etc. Someone guide me what's should I do????

What was reason for refusal? Your refusal seems to have nothing to do with biometrics. Reapply and address reason.
No if it's real then how could I got refusal before Biomatrics as per Canada government we proceed your application when you provide your biomatrics and the time isn't included in which you provide biomatrics.
No idea what you are saying. What was your reason for refusal? You can be refused prior to biometrics. Address reason and reapply with completed biometrics. You said “purpose of travel is not constint” so IRCC doesn’t believe you are coming for a short time or valid reason. For approval, you need funds, travel history, ties to home country and reasons to travel. How long were you coming for? Reasons?

I have provided biomatrics on 10th of November and I told VFS global officer about my refusal which show me visa is refused because of Purpose of travel is not constint. OFFICER said it's by not providing Information to IRCC to extend the Biomatrics timeframe from 30 to 60 day's. They advice me to mail the IRCC through Webform and told them it's not in my hand to get earlier appointment as per VFS global operates it's own way so they will be Reconsideration your application. I did same as they suggested me. But wonder why it's showing Other reason of Refusal insetad of Incomplete application. And don't know as per Officer advice me it's really works?? Have someone else facing this type of issue?

Was that the only reason for refusal? Post the letter with refusal reason. If so you reapply and address the reason.
Yeah first time I got this point which you mentioned but before Biomatrics happens how can I get Decision?? As per VFS global officer it's by automatically refusal based on Biomatrics issue that's confusing me.because I have solid reason to go to Canada as well as I have exam for red seal scheduled in British Columbia which is held on 5th December 2023
So your refusal would state unable to provide biometrics, and not inconsistent stay. Your application can be refused prior to getting biometrics done. This seems to have happened to you with “inconsistent stay.” I cannot help you further. Reapply with updated biometrics or ask for reconsideration with updated biometrics as you seem to think the reason for refusal is not providing biometrics even though reason is not. Your decision. There are no timelines for reconsideration. Change exam date because you will not get a response in time and get your passport stamped.
You say you have solid reason as well as exam for red seal. Red seal shows you are trying to immigrate and not visit so focus on your other solid reason.

Yes I have give biomatrics send a Email from Webform for Reconsideration for My application. How much chances you thought to Reverse the decision or getting the reply ? And how many day's they takes for Reconsideration request?
There are no timelines but most webforms are acknowledged within 30 days, and will tell you if they are reopening your file. No one can tell you chances of changing decision.
Again, what was the reason for refusal. You have never really stated it.
I have already mentioned before as well anyhow the reason they mentioned in the decision is
The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application..
And I got this before Biomatrics happens.
So your reason for refusal has nothing to do with biometrics, as I have said to you a few times. Order GCMS notes. The reason for refusal is that IRCC doesn’t believe your reason for travel is valid and that you intend to stay i Canada.
When I told VFS global officer same story they said it's by Systems error..
Also how could I got decision before Biomatrics as before Biomatrics nobody processed my application so how it's happened? I have talked to Many consultant they said it's by Chinook software issues. Wondering about my application now
VFS Global are not IRCC officers. You can get your application refused prior to biometrics and your reason stay not consistent with temporary visit. Order GCMS notes and then wait to see if your reconsideration request is considered. You may need to reapply if file is closed and GCMS notes outline why you were refused and reasons have nothing to do with biometrics.
How long was visit? Was red seal exam only reason for coming to Canada? Did you show itinerary/hotel etc.?
