I declare previous Canada visa refused but I forgot to declare previous USA visa refused. I thought its a different country so I mentioned only Canada visa refused.
They send me refused letter in other reason:
Refused under A16-previous USA refusal that was not declare on form.

Can I reapply again with declare everything or do they banned me.. Please help me..

they dont refused you visa for a single reason. i have never heard they refused someone visa because he or she did not declear that he was rejected else where. yes you didnt mention that but the must be other reasons for you refusal. that reason alone does not hold grounds

I disagree. USA & Canada share immigration records. If you haven't declare your USA refusal. It proves you have not provided the information in your application with honesty and they don't like dishonesty. I have came across three different cases where the applicant did not mentioned USA visa refusals in their application. Few of them even got banned for 5 years from applying visa.

yes you very correct bro. i have a friend who recently applied online for a study permit. in the box he accepted by clicked on the box which says have you ever been refused a permit or visa to enter canada or any other country? . he clicked yes because he had applied before in canada and u.s embassy both in the same here but was refused in both. now on the online application to canada he failed to explain visa was refused in u.s because he was limited with letters on the online application. so he mentioned just the refusal of canada

so now his application is in progress. he has passed the medical but still feeling worried on the failur to mention refusal in u.s embassy. so how can he write the cic now. especially as he applied online without knowing where the application went to. which address can he cotact or which embassy can he write to. its very urgent because they will give his final decision on the application next week July first week 2017. please any help?

Incorrect.

This refusal reason happens all of the time. It's very common.

Yes - this single reason is more than enough to get a visa refused. If you're unlucky, you'll also end up with a 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.

I don't believe there is less space to mention your two refusals. I have my self mentioned two refusals of two different countries in the space provided on Canadian visa form.
