I have a Canada V1 tourist visa nearing expiry on June 19,2021. I am currently residing in USA on work visa.
What is the process to renew Canada visitor visa? Do I need to file a new application all together?

Is there any consideration of previously having a visa? I didn’t find any question in application for having a prior visa?

Helps when the individual has followed all the rules associated with said TRV. Example, did not overstay etc
If history shows you can’t follow immigration rules , that can be detrimental to your application

Hi, my husband and child are on visitor visa expiring Dec 2022. My spouse has got ooen work permit recently, valid until Jun 2024. My questions are:

1. Is it necessary for my husband to apply for visitor visa renewal and extension of stay, if his work permit is valid until 2024?
2. If he needs to travel outside Canada and then has to return to Canada then will he need new visitor visa?
