CANADA temporary visitor visa question

Hi Friends,

I have a valid Canada temporary visitor visa stamp on my old passport expiring this year ending, but I recently renewed my passport and received new one.

I'm planning to visit Vancouver, Canada next month , so just wanted to check whether I need to reapply for visitor visa since I got new passport or I should be good till expiration of current visa stamp on old passport as long as I carry both passports for traveling...

You can't have two valid VISAs at the same time. If you want a replacement you need to first prove to CIC that you NEED (not want) a new VISA, and then submit the application.
