Canada Study Application Status- "We are processing your Application" for 16 Weeks.

Hello ,
I have applied Study VISA in Canada with my spouse from Bangladesh. I file application on 17th October 2022. Bio metric done in 23rd Oct 2022. Upfront Medical also done. But today is 7th February 2023, 16 weeks (110 days) gone still Application Status Showing- "We are processing your Application". My Medical not updated (Passed) or even Eligibility Status not started yet. I have deffer my semester from January to May session. My question is-
1. Why so much delay is happening?
2. What is the maximum Canada study VISA processing time?
3. What are the chances of rejection in my case?

1. Backlog.
2. There is not max. time.
3 No one can tell you as approval is based on strength of your profile.
