canada student visa applying from UK PLease help needed

hi I want to apply for student visa for canada. I am on work permit in Uk and my visa expires on Nov 24 2013 . Please can some one tell me whether can i apply as my visa expires in less than 6 months . thank you

yes, you can apply but better if you apply from your home country. But if you can create a strong application package showing your home ties you can apply from there as well.

Since you don't have any home ties there in UK, your application may be rejected. Very few cases are only accepted if you are applying from outside your country of citizenship.

So as dipta said, apply from your home country.
