i have applied for spousal open work permit and got refused by this message " You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit pursuant to section 205(c)(ii) of the Regulations." could anyone have any idea about this ? is it possible for me to get visitor visa if i apply now

Refusals do indeed happen for spousal open work permits. Did your spouse meet all the requirements, including the proper NOC job, paystubs, or study permit?
