please guys will you tell me that on which stage Visa office take finger prints and is it necessary for everyone who apply for immigration visa?

CHC doesn't take fingerprints. You may require fingerprints to get the Police Certificates from other countries.

Do I need to get fingerprint jus for myself or for my spouse also?

Do i need state one from all states whereever i've lived more than 6 months or just from current state is enough?

Please read the instructions, you and your spouse require police certificates from every country where you have resided for 6 months or more since the age of 18. You require state police certificates from every state where you have resided for 6 months or more since 18.

In the Application form by Principal Applicant..On the second page it asks for family member information
i've a 3yrs daughter..
Questions..
1) What shud I write for Total Number of Education for my daughter( it's a number field jus takes number only) Should I put 0?
2) What shud i write for Level Of education? (it's a dropdown list with pre defined choices)
3) what in Identity card number? As my daughter doesnt have america passport, licence or anything..

2. No Secondary
3. She will need a passport.

3) she has indian passport but can we write passport number in that Identity Number?


by the way, jus found in instruction (for question 3)
"Identity (identification) cards are issued by national, provincial, municipal or other governments, or by a recognized international agency such as the Red Cross, as a means of identification. If you have such a card, print the number in the space provided. Photocopy both sides of the card and attach the photocopy to your application. If you do not have an identity card, write “N/A”."


It sounds like we cant use Passport #...it could b license or something else...whats ur thought on this?
