Post the article since you got the information from somewhere. And not true for all provinces. What province are you eligible for?

What a vague article since PNP is a provincial not federal responsibility? PNP programs, not through EE, require a job offer, studying in province or be working in the province. So not sure how it streamlines or changes anything. Person who wrote article isn’t even a Canadian immigration lawyer or consultant. No IRCC or provincial news so would not believe it.
BC announced a month ago that they are increasing language proficiency not lessening.
