I have a very curious question regarding the prospects for moving to Canada.
If a candidate's application is 'In Progress' in post-AOR stage - anticipating response from IRCC on the PPR, can the candidate apply for study visa or file in any PNP program ?
In case anyone has followed such a route, could you be kind to share the insights, the implications on the PR application and how to go about this.
