Help please,

My wife from Philippines just got her request for medicals for 2 of her three children in the Philippines.

Her 3rd child is 20 years old and we cant leave him behind. He has been going to college in the Philippines and is in his 3rd year Hotel and Business management.

Our Options as I see it are.

Wait till Oct 24th by then my wife will be PR Will she at that time be able to sponsor her 20 year old son Outland aprox 11 months if all goes well. For him to come to Canada.

Option 2 . Apply to college here in BC North Island College and try for study permit and visa.

Anyone know how long that takes I read only 7 weeks from time of application. But we cant apply until we have acceptance letter. I have no idea how long that takes.

Any other suggestions would be great.

Anyone in the same position that we are in having to leave a child behind? He was 18 when we started all this but due to our consultant she messed up the application so it got sent back.
