I'm new to this forum and I'm looking forward for your help on the following questions:
1. I sent my passport through fedex, for Canada PR Visa stamping, to Detroit office. They recieved my passport on 07/01 and wondering if anybody knows what's their usual turnaround time. When can i expect it back by?
2. Once I get it, I'm planning to cross the border through Buffallo. Do you know if the immigration and customs are 24*7 at this location?
3. For proof of funds during landing, is it okay if i just carry $1000 and show the debit card & bank account statements for the rest of the mandotory amount of money to be carried?
4. I'm planning to apply for SIN the next day at Toronto. Should it really the case that i have to go to a particular Service center in Canada, based on the address I'm going to live in Canada, or is it okay to apply from any location?
