Canada PR to go to US to study

I am a PR in Canada. I live in border city between Canada and US. I will be going to graduate school. Before covid-19, is it possible to go back and forth of border without any issue? I checked with school and they said it shouldn't be an issue but I'd like to double check if there are any who is in my situation.

1. I disagree, there will be a problem with quarantine on both sides of the border.

Will you and your husband essentially be in permanent quarantine? Not sure Canada would consider your schooling essential travel. Aren’t schools online these days? You also have the option to live in Michigan during covid.
