Application status tracker showing - Eligibility and Background check in progress. This status is there from last 2 months now.
Mine is STEM draw (CEC) of Dec 2023.
Is anyone in the same boat? Require guidance as what should I do next
Also in application tracker status, under contact details, my sons address, email and phone number is wrongly updated. I submitted the Web form, even contacted IRCC and they told they have done from background, even submitted use of representative (for cancelling the previous representative) still after 3 weeks there is no change in the contact details.
