Canada PR Eligibilty of an H1B Visa holder working in USA

Hi ,

I am an INDIAN citizen working in USA since 2010 on H1B Visa , I would like to know whether I am eligible for Skilled Worker Permanent Residency Program ? I am a software Engineer with 10 years experience (6 yrs in India and 4 years in USA) having Masters and Bachelors in Computer Science/Applications (18 years of education)...

Could you please advise How long is the process of PR in Skilled Worker category ?

Also, you should act on your application ASAP if you want to meet the quota. 2174 is likely already over, 2173 is likely still open but probably won't be for a long time.
