Canada PR CEC class Query

Hi,

I shall be applying for Canada PR. My spouse comes under Canada Experience Class however I do not have a Canada experience. I shall be the primary applicant. In such a scenario do we get the benefit of CEC class and does my spouse also need to appear for IELTS exams?

No, you cannot be the primary applicant.

Your spouse needs to be the primary applicant in order to be selected under CEC. Yes, your spouse will need to take IELTS.
