Canada PR Aspirant - Help needed

Hi folks!

I'm aspiring to get Canada PR and I know almost nothing about how to start.
Don' want to go ahead with any agency, so want to know step by step procedure for same.

I'm a working professional with 8+ yrs experience and checked my NOC as 2134.
Do not hold any IELTS score as of now. Planned to attempt in coming months.

Kindly let me know what to do first of all.
