I send my package thru XpressPost , they never asked me any phone number for the receiver .My package was delivered safely even before estimated date .
I found a number online for CPC-Sydney, a few months ago. ICalled it, it says "welcome to CIC, etc" and I left a message but they never returned my call. You may want to call it yourself to confirm then decide if you want to use it. It is 902-564-2763. Or you can write the call centre number.
