Canada Post On Strike, where and how to send now?

What will be the best way to send our papers in to be processed now that the strike is on? which address to use? would anything other then Canada post fall into the "private courier" section?

We used Purolator and sent it to the private courier address.

To be honest I am not quite sure about private regular mail.
But yes, for private courier that is the correct address.
