I had applied for OINP last year (Jan) for which I received the nomination a couple of weeks back. Based on the nomination i have now received ITA from IRCC. I have a few questions now:
1. Since OINP was taking their own sweet time, i had processed my Australia 190 visa/PR for which I have received a grant this month. I had kinda lost trust and patience in the OINP program. Now, would it be a problem/legal hassle to apply for EE PR to IRCC?
I was looking to apply only because, I would want to take the best opportunity - be it Canada or Australia? And since both are province nominations I may have to initially stay in the province for some time reducing the number of opportunities I would apply for.
2. I have received It's a couple of days back ,but my English scores is expiring this weekend. As you can see OINP took a year compared to the 90 days in which they were supposed to process the application. Would it be a problem if I submit my application post the expiration date of English scores and make a point to the IRCC that it was totally because of delay at OINP?
