3 business days + postal time. So around 1 week.
This is assuming you send your fingerprints electronically and there is no criminal records/match found for your submitted information.

depends where you at.. i got mine in 2 weeks in calgary. got one before in ottawa within week.

I have got the police clearance certificates from India as well as Canada(from Calagry Police). Do I require finger printing too?

I have the police clearance from Calgary Police and the Indian Embassy. will not apply for finger printing unless they ask. Glad to know you are in Calgary
