Canada intra company transfer or Job offer

Hi All,

My company wants to transfer me to canada. I work for mid-size firm. A start up of sorts.

And I am working on the work permit forms

1. Work Permit Document Checklist (IMM 5488)
2. Application For Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM 1295)
3. Family Information (IMM5707)

I want to understand what does my company have to provide in order to send to IRCC.

They are not LMIA certified, not that I think so.

Can someone help me with what is needed or required from them?
