Canada Immigration Proof of funds requirements (URGENT NEED)

Hello, I am applying with my spouse and all the money is in my spouse's Bank Account. HOW CAN I USE SPOUSE'S BANK STATEMENT?
The website says 'If your spouse is coming with you, you can count the money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money.'

About this line 'you must prove you have access to the money How to prove that??

You need to get a consent letter signed by your spouse mentioning the bank account and the clause that says that you are free to use this money without any restrictions for the PR visa and signed. Also, you need to get added to your spouse's bank account as a joint owner (Its better if you can obtain a latest bank statement that lists both of you as owners)
