Canadian Government has increased the PNP caps for all provinces for year 2017. For Quebec the Caps are decreased and it will surely benefit the other provinces are Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan & other Atlanic Provinces PNP prgrams

Normally they increase every year, but don't any improvement in their long, tough and boring immigration process.
