Canada Immigration for Deaf

Hello friends,

I would like to apply under FSWP and i am eligible also and getting 470 CRS, but the only problem is that i am deaf, Can i apply for Canada Immigration under FSWP Express Entry.

Please give me some suggestion!

Hey Buddy,

I think you should apply. I don't think CIC discriminates against disabilities. That will be a huge public relation issue if they did. I don't that they want that on their hands ever.

You may go through this document. By default patients with hearing loss are classified as grade B. If you don't have excessive medical expenses due to hearing impairment, then it should not be an issue. But not sure, decision for grade B are taken on case to case basis.
