I am based in Chandigarh and got my AOR in Oct'20. After almost 1.5 years of no activity and no response to my emails/calls from Canada Immigration, I applied for GCMS notes 1 week back.
Just yesterday, I got an update asking me to get the medical exam done again within 30 days. Today, I got an update asking for PCC (police certificate), funds proof and IMM 5669 to be submitted again within 30 days.
But I checked for the PCC appointment dates in Chandigarh region and they are not available for next 35 days. And I dont know how long it might take to get the certificate after the appointment.
Did anyone else face a similar situation?
A) Did anyone contact Canada Immigration and was able to get extended this unreasonable timeline of 30 days?
B) Does anyone know if passport office will give a earlier appointment in a emergency situation like the one I am in?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
