I am a citizen of Afghanistan and I have applied for Canada Immigration (permanent Resident) through a Canada Immigration Agent in Afghanistan (according to his speeches), His name is Abdul Ghaffaar Khoshiwaal and actually I don't really trust him. He says that he is a member of Canada Immigration Program to help Afghans in Immigration Process. Will it be possible for you to let me know if someone with this Name exist or not.

2. Unless he is a member of the Canadian Bar, then it appears that he is not a legal consultant.
