Having over 8 years of experience in IT Industry, living in India and initiated Canada -ICT workpermit visa from my organisation. Have heard few information's (given below) which I felt that may be rumors. Kindly guide, confirm & share some useful information on the same:
1. There are lot of refusals happening who ever applied recently (during October & November'14) without any reasons. Is it really true?
2. I am sure ICT visa expects 'specialized knowledge, skill set should be unique and uncommon within IT industry' some of the profiles got stamping refusal even though having niche skill set?
3. Is there any application count limitation for Canada ICT visa for financial year 2014?
4. Kindly share more information on what are all the key factors to be considered before applying ICT visa ?
