Canada FSW or CEC PR- Fee payment methods

Hi All,

So what are the methods of payment for the fee during eAPR process?
I read in the CIC website that it can be done using credit cards. But I don't own a credit card (Yes, we exist!). Is there an alternative solution like Western Union etc.?
