Canada From India - LMIA Process NOC 6221 or 0601

I am not sure how to go about it.

I wanted to secure a job before move to Canada or to get more points. Is anybody from the same NOC can connect here and share your views.

I saw lots of job as per my skills, does that mean my Potential Employer can get a Positive LMIA.
