Canada Express Entry 'Passport Name' mismatch with Graduation Certifiactes

Hi,
Nitin this side. I am willing to join Express Entry Program for Canada PR.
Please suggest me on concern below:

Concern: On my Passport, My name is 'NITTIN' and same as on 10th and 12th Mark-sheets.But, on Graduation and P.G 'Mark-sheets', Name is 'NITIN'.

Is this work for me while applying for Express Entry Program. Please suggest the needful.

Should be alright. But do mention it in LOE though, to be on the safe side.
You can make a one-and-same person affidavit, but I don't think that's necessary.

a) Please suggest:, using which Name, I can register for "IELTS" exam, 'NITIN' (mentioned on Graduation or PG Mark sheets) or 'NITTIN' (mentioned on 'Passport' & Matric Certificate).
b) Please advice, what is LOE ?

a) it needs to be the same name as on passport
b)LOE=Letter of Explanation. It's an additional document that you can upload to explain anything you think may raise concerns or questions when your application is being reviewed. You'll have a specific upload field for this when uploading documents.
