Canada Express Entry - FUNDS ARRANGEMENT

Hi,

Please help me regarding Funds arrangement. I have sufficient cash balance with me. How can I show the same while applying Canada Express Entry Visa. Do they accept Cash? Or else I can deposit the same in Bank.

Hello Jacquline,

You need to deposit the money (the cash) in bank first followed by getting all the entries in passbook (having your photo and address mention on it) as well as a certificate issued by bank on their letter head, mentioning the total amount you have with it.

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

Over second question, for how much time you have to keep the money in your account - well I have not read anywhere saying that you have to keep the money for number of months BUt it would be good to have it kept at least till from the time you apply to (till) the time you get the PR.
